He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Shanah Williams; two sisters, Alia Williams and Nyasa Williams; one niece, Tiara Williams;
one nephew, Terrance Williams Jr., all of Syracuse; his maternal grandparents, James and Margret Williams; one aunt, Katherine Williams,
all of Edmond, OK; one uncle, Michael Williams Sr. of Otisco, NY; two cousins, Michael Williams Jr. of Fulton and Shanah L. Wilson of AZ;
honorable mention, Officer Charles Lester and Trooper Sobrina Vasquez; and a host of cousins, friends and well-wishers; oh, also Mr. Bear and Bugs Bunny.
September 14, 2009 Justin Lee Mills, 18, passed away on Monday, September
14, 2009. Born in Syracuse to Andrew Mills Sr. and Kimberly
Milks on February 22, 1991, Justin was currently in 12th grade
at Nottingham High School,
and formerly attended the William George Junior Republic in
Dryden, NY. Survived by four sisters, Alice, Latesha, Andie and
Vonyee; four brothers, Nathan, Jimmy, Fredrick and Aaron; two
grandmothers, Sue Picciano of Newville, PA, and Bertha Mills of
Arkansas; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Justin enjoyed
football, video games, going to school, and hanging out with
friends, especially Tommy and Jean Williams. Justin tried to
help whomever he could, and he was very well loved and will be
missed by everyone. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. MONDAY at
Bibleway Healing Temple Church at 1901 South State St.,
Syracuse, with Pastor Eric Shawn Moore officiating. Burial will
be private. Calling hours are MONDAY from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at
